I have a salt water aquarium and have things popping up. Im wondering if anyone can help and let me know if they're harmful. Thanx

Looks like majano/Aiptasia anemone ,,,not good ..needs to go or it will spread ..I had good luck with peppermint shrimp eating mine

Do not pop either as they will spread like widlfire.

I'm not positive but the red in the back looks kinda like red slime, it could be a coral or corraline though..
