quick! what is this!?

Looks like I will be searching my rock and tank when I get home. Hopefully it won't be hard to find. Its a 10 gallon with only 5lbs of rock. I noticed this thing one night. I knew I should have gotten it out of the tank.

I may move my clownfish to my uncycled 38 gallon just in case this thing tries to get ahold of it.

Are inverts OK around these isopods? Could get hurt my turbo snails or blue leg hermits?

i had one that i just removed a couple of weeks ago. it was attached to my blenny. luckily my blenny was ok. i would remove it asap.
