Sea slug?

Has anyone ever seen one of these? I just came across a picture and thought they look amazing but I know nothing about them I wonder could you get one for your tank?
I think there called Blue dragon sea slug.

I've seen the nicknamed sea moths. I also read that after a tsunami somewhere (SE Asia?) a bunch of these got washed ashore and no one really knew what they were because they were so strange! I couldn't find the article it's been so long, but thought it was a nifty story.
