Some worm on my mushroom rock?

Help! I just ordered a "15 mushroom" rock from SaltwaterFish, and there seems to be some work on the rock! It's about an inch long, has bumps, and appears to be dead. I can just scrape him off the rock if I wanted to. What should I do?

I have researched it, and it appears to be a sea cucumber. Are these good or bad for the tank?

There are many of them and it's very hard to say without a definite I.D.
I wouldn't kill it though, unless you see it doing something bad.
