Sponge?

Does this red streak on the bottom of a piece of LR look like the beginning of a sponge to anyone? I poked it and it's more like a thin red film at this point. Not Cyano, I'm sure. Just wondering if anyone recognizes it

There are a zillion variations of sponge out there. If it doesn't rub off, I would say it's one.
