I can't seem to get this out of my tank. An electric wire hit my water a month ago and zapped everything. And got rid of my cyano (and corals unfortunately) but now this stuff doesn't go away. No matter how many water changes. What is it? It's green. Slimy. And has air bubbles. Also I think the electric shock destroyed the ich one of my fish had. Now he's completely fine along with the others. Maybe I found a cure for ich?!

Check your parameters. What are your nitrates and phosphates at? How big is tank? How much water and how often on water changes?

You may need to do several back to back 30% water changes to get nutrients under control. Scrub off what you can during water changes in bucket with old water. Eventually it will go away if you keep nutrients in check.
