What are these?

Theres these things coming out of my livrock, they are like a white vein. I took a tooth pic and kinda rubed it on them to see if they contract, and they dont do anything. I have a pic, its kinda hard to get a pic of these things, they are in the back.

With that quality, it's really hard to tell. It kinda looks like a tiny bit of macro algae.

What about the "Fire Worm" is it bad? Should I freak out? So far I havent seen any of my corals being hurt.
