In the tank is yellowtail blue damsel, black damsel, and a butterfly molly. They are always at the top of the water.

Thanks!

Some are black and some are clear, hopefully this is a better picture.
Not sure if the Molly and damsels would breed together, but I only have the one Molly in my saltwater tank.

There mollies, I had a similar experience in my freshwater tank. I bought 2 and the male died off then a week later or so the mother have birth.
Did you recently get the Molly?

No, I've had the Molly for about 2 months now. How long are they pregnant? This is saltwater, it's the only Molly in my saltwater, I don't understand who would breed with her?

She could of been pregnant at the lfs. Unless you saw eggs, they're mollies

Definitely mollies. Female mollies are able to store sperm from multiple matings, so you may well get additional broods even though a male isn't currently present.

That is true plus the fry of most other marine fish are very difficult to see.
