what kind of worm is this?

strange green worm in my tank about 8/9 inches long very thin tip where it has its head swims like a snake weird....

that is not a spaghetti worm. It's a harmless detrivore however. No worries.

The top part of its head when it swims looks like a flying flag or ribbon its creepy
