What the heck are those?

These are little white/clear worm looking things. Im not sure if they are safe in the tank. They are mostly on the bottom of the tank but some are on the rocks. What are they? are they harmful? If so how do I get rid of them?

I forget the name off hand but they are harmless filter feeders come and go with increased nutrients in the tank
I would be more worried about the excess nutrients and hair algea you have going on there tho :D look for DOC in the system ...
Do some large H20 changes , limit the feeding ...
Lighting how old , type and how long is it on ?
How old is this system and how large ?
What is your bio-load like ? I think we have a nutrient issue here ;)
