Cant tell from the pic but if its actually eating the polyps i would try to remove asap and then take a better pic of it.

How do I get him out everytime I try to get the tweezers at him he slides into his home

Just use a turkey baster to suck him up. Thats how I've always got rid of my nudibranches.

It looks like a peanut worm to me. And if it is, then it's not eating the zoas. Just nudging them. I can't be 100% sure, but go ahead and google peanut worm to see for yourself.
