Frozen bloodworms? No more than twice a week, frozen spirulina infused brine shrimp are great too. These guys can get backed up at times..

yes I am giving some after a wc every Friday, I will get some brine shrimp, thanks, at first they were pretty shy but now they are all over the tank, tanks much better with less Angels........
