Does anyone know how to make a rimless tank?

Hi I'm looking for steps on how to make a 20 gallon long rimless aquarium. I'm only 15 so I'll be having my dad help me. I need dimensions, thickness of glass, and anything else that you can think of. Thank you have an awesome day!

Where's that dollar per gallon sale when your need it? Makes me want to get a brand new 20g long and strip the rims. The algae growing in the seams of my current Planted tank is so unsightly.

It's be cheaper to buy a Mr aqua 20 long. I've priced out cut/polished glass and it's actually more expensive than buying brand name.
