Hello. I am building a 240gal Acrylic display tank in upstairs living room. I will have 55gal barrel sump in basement with 34 ft of pipes to reach. I am going with a Iwaki MD100RLT pump because of the head pressure. What I need to know is.... WHAT SIZE pvc do I use? Was planning on 1.5" pipes. 2 drains and 1 return (one drain is an overflow). Would 1.5 return be too much to push back? Would it be better to run 2" drain and keep the 1.5 overflow? Maybe 1.25 or 1" return? The pump hole is 1" if that helps Please help
