Resin tank?

I was surfing the net and found these adorable little aquariums made of resin and they had polymer clay fish and sea creatures. Granted this was a fake tank if you made 4 resin panels could you make a REAL mini tank? Is the resin harmless once dry? If so this would be really cool weekend DIY for me!!!
