I have just recently bought a small (approx. 3.5-4") silver arowana from my
LFS and have notices that his dorsal, caudal, and anal fins have turned a sort of dingy pale orangish color only alond the ends of the fins? Is this normal? He is fed mysis shrimp, blood worms, shrimp pellets, and an occasional cricket as a treat.
LFS confirms water parameters are good. Sand substrate and a few plants for his surrounding. 55g tank just for maybe a month I'm working on negotiations for a 250g tank right now that he will be moved too once cycled and stable.
