uplaoding pictures

I've tried to uplaod a few pics and it keeps telling me one of the files exceeds the size limit and that i should delete it to make room, but i cant even find which picture it;s talkin about. i dont get any of it, will someone please explain how i can upload pics?

The photo your trying to upload is too big, resize it to less than 250KB and no bigger than 800 pixels on it's longest axis. Then try again.

irfanview is a good program for that.....

Ok, i got the size right, but now it says it's not in the right format: 100_0666.bmp. How do I change it to the right format?

You need to save it as a .jpeg file.

if you got the irfanview, it will convert to jpg when you save it as a jpg

Ok thanks i finally got it. I got the irfanveiw, it's pretty easy to use. Thanks for all the help, im really not very good at this stuff yet
