Hi there! I've got 1 lonely anarchis plant in my 30 gal, and it has started growing another "branch". Should I leave this attached to the main plant? Or can I snip it off and plant it? I'll have a pic up in a few minutes.

Leave it. With frequent water changes, enough minerals in the water (anarchis is a calcium hog), and plenty of light, you will be hacking away at it with a machete within weeks.

Leave it. I have anarchis. There are these annoying threads coming from them. Be careful of snails too. What kind of lighting do you have for your plants? How many watts?

Anachris are like snails. Depending on how big your tank is, you'll have to weed out a lot in a month or so. Everytime I do my water change, I have to throw almost half of them out. They grow very fast in the right condition. I started out with one stem, pretty soon it took over half my 26gal.
