Are their any plants that you don't need a co2 system? Starting a 10 gallon tank..

CO2 necessity is really driven by how much light you have. If you're running over 2-2.5 watts per gallon is kinda when you start to see a need for CO2. There are tons of plants that do very well in less light than that without CO2.

All plants require CO2. The question of whether you need to have it injected or not is what neilanh is referring to.
