co2 bottle?DIY setup questions

hey i was wondering can i use a co2 bottle from the paintball guns?i have some old ones around here and i fig that i could just change out the nozzle and fill them and put them to use. Would all i have to do is run a tube with a check vavle fromt he tank to the aquarium?

There is a regulator out there that is made specificly for Paintball CO2 Bottles.
