That looks like what is called flow control regulator. Your typical regulators, ie the Milwaukee, are pressure control regulators. I don't think PCRs are designed to deal with liquid CO2 setups like our tanks. Rather, they are usually used with like 100-250 psi setups. You can't throttle back the pressure with one of those, so your system will constantly be working at 1000ish PSI. It's basically a gauge and a needle valve, but no regulator.
