Drop checker

How often should you change the fluid in the drop checker, do you leave it in the tank all the time or test it and take it out? I just got one going to install it today after work any info for me

I just got everything together to upgrade my tank drop checker another filter and a co2 reactor,and dry ferts

Every few weeks would probably be best, but they can go a rather long time without changing really. I try to change mine when it gets gunk in it.
