Dwarf Sag question

Hello. I have some Dwarf Sag in my 20 long and it's carpeting rather nicely, spreading all over the place. My question is, it seems that the initial plants that I started with are turning transparent and melting away. Is this common?

What's your setup? Light, co2, ferts, etc?

Oops...lets see. I dose flourish excel daily, comprehensive 2 times a week, and lights are 3 cfl, I think 24 watts but I'll check again

Some plants commonly melt when newly introduced into a tank. Then they will come back!

Thanks but these aren't the new plants, these are the original ones I planted. It's shot out everywhere and making a nice carpet but the original few I planted are what's melting
