Guess the moss!

Hello, went on a walk on a frozen river, and there was a hole with current in it and I saw this rock covered in some sort of moss so I stuck my hand in the water and grabbed the rock... looks super sick but just want to know what kind of moss it is? Any guesses.. its not java moss because I have that stuff. Thanks guys...

It definitely looks like a land moss but it does look similar to flame moss It probobly isn't though.
