How fast/slow grower is Hydrocotyle verticillata?

I received a nice plant from Deb : Hydrocotyle verticillata. It is just one stem at this point. Question is how fast does it grow? Also how does it grow (runners??)

When I had a couple of those lovelies, they grew pretty slow; as a matter of fact, Plantgeek maintains that it is light demanding and a slow grower. The wonderful thing about them is the leaves are nice and broad. You may have to be patient.
