Lighting, need an answer

Ok, so I plan to hang one bulb on top of my 10 gallon tank
I'm wondering what wattage should be used, like I want to plant dwarf hair grass, an other high light plants
I have a 15 watt bulb, is that enough, or what should I use?

What kind of bulb? Are you planning on injecting CO2?

Are you planning on mounting these vertically or horizontally ?

Note these say they need airflow.
Vertically I think is better PAR.

I don't do high light, so others may have better ideas. The Planted Tank forums are a good place for DHG info also.

They are vertical with a light dime each
Got two of them and it doesn't look that bad, I mean, I like the whiter look to it but I don't mind this one
I'm planning on growing a DHG carpet so I hope that this is enough
