lighting on my 50

I have the original lights that came with the hoods of my 50g tank and was wondering if the lighting is good enough for amazon swords. All I know is that I got it from petsmart and that the lights can grow the anacharis I have in there, albeit slowly.

I'm not good with lighting but I know stock lighting that comes with tanks are really low light so they probably won't be enough for swords but you can get some crypts, they get bigger than most people realize and there are different kinds of which some get tall. Check into them. Also if you have any DW, Bolbitus which is African Fern would love that type lighting.
