I have a ten gallon tank with one of the floramax 18" t8 15 watt flourescent bulb as my lighting. It is intended for for plant growth, but does this put me in low light or high light? How many t8 flourescent bulbs must I have to put me at medium to high lighting???

One 15W bulb over your tank is low light. The Wpg guidelines don't apply to a 10g well. The tank is too small.

I don't think you'd be able to cram enough T8 bulbs over the tank to make it a high-light tank. Step up to T5HO or LEDs if you want a high-light tank.

High light = high ferts ans high co2. Don't plan on high light without planning on co2 injection, DIY or otherwise.

Two 13w cfls on a 10 is enough light to do almost anything you want. Imo co2 and ferts are more important than high light.

I am going to be dosing flourish, and flourish excel. So excited.
