Yes actually I am! I want to add quite a bit of shrimp actually, but we are still kind of deciding lol. I really do like the Malayan shrimp, so I am thinking of possibly just going that route as long as the LFS keeps stocking them (they usually hang out at the bottom of the sponge filter), but i also like having cherry shrimp and I really like amano's too. But I have another 10gal with ghost shrimp and I am going to start up another 10gal in the near future and I also want shrimp for that tank too. So i might just stick with the Malayan's for the 37 gal and just mix some RCS in there and then put a lot of RCS in the new 10gal or go with amano's (Thinking about a school of 6-8 Porkchop Rasboras for this tank)

Here's just an updated pic on the tank. Plants and everything are doing great. Lost a few Pygmy cories early on and also a couple Cardinal tetras. But the stock at the LFS hasn't been the best lately. Otherwise I'm excited how the tank is going so far. The sword leaves are coming in red!
