Should I plant all my plants at one time or plant fast growing plants then add in the slower ones. Its a 20g long with 1.9 wpg. I know this is low so I'm going to be choosing low light plants. So should I plant stuff like anarchis, water sprite, wisteria first then like 2 weeks later add plants like dwarf sag (going to be my foreground plant) and java fern. TIA.

I would recommend planting all you can at first. That way you can be sure of the placement. You can always add more later to fill in the spots that don't look right.

Good advice. If for some reason you couldn't plant all at once...start with the fast growing stems, and easy plants like java fern and anubias species.
