Is 10,000K led lighting suitable for planted aquariums?

Hello there!

You may want to have a few spectrums of LEDs in order to help your plants. But first:

What kind of plants are they? How big is your tank? What lighting setup do you have now? Do you have a CO2 system?

10,000K is a little on the bright white cooler temperature side (bluish hue). While it is doable for a planted tank, I'd aim for a warmer color temp between 6500k and 8,000k. Under 10,000k, greens look nice but reds look drab and less vivid. I prefer LEDs that have either dedicated red diodes or RGB's in the array along with the white daylight chips.
