I made a yeast CO2 injector that took a couple tries to make a successful one. Nothing fancy, just yeast, sugar, water, tubing, a bottle, and some glue. It's been a week and I just notices a weird hair-like substance that is growing on the side of the tube that dispenses the CO2. Looks kinda like the bacteria you see on the underwater exploration shows on discovery channel. Anyone have any ideas what it is? Sorry don't have any pics :(

Hard to say without pictures. It's possible it's just algae if it's in a high flow, high light area.
