Ona small Nano tank like that you are very limited on types of fish, but if you can control nitrates and have suitable lighting, you can have some nice corals (I know, this is the FOWLR thread).

Not sure, in Australia they are about $90 and fit a standard BC or screw fitting. You can get dimmable ones. Check out Ebay...

I actually saw those at Home Depot the other day, but I didn't check the price. Before you buy one, check it out and either post the parameters or a link so some of our lighting experts can give you an analysis on the intensity and spectrum of the light.
