Help with Anthias!

Is he sick? He has a swollen stomach it looks like...

Sorry about the pics... Under his front pectoral fins, it's swollen. Any thoughts??

Hard for me to see it from the picture, but I've heard that a bloated stomach can sometimes be worms. Did the bloating just appear real quickly? Any stringy stools hanging off of the fish?

Yea it didn't appear real quick, it was gradual. It looked real bad last night, and he actually looks a LOT better today... I tried to catch him to QT him, but he's a quick one. I'm considering using Melafix in my main tank... Any thoughts?
