Powerheads

If I have a 100gal tank what would be a good power head for it and how many would I need? N what is a good gph rate for power heads if my aquarium is 5feet wide... I'm newbie to this haven't set up tank yet but just getting all equipment before I start

I believe the rule of thumb is 10x tank size minimum for FOWL and 30x minimum for reef tanks. I personally like Marineland Maxi Jet 1200. It can deliver 1300 gph if configured to a circulating pump. I have 1 on each end for my 150 gal (will be adding 2 more when Im ready to go reef).

I recommend 1 on each end.

Ok thanx, that helps alot what do u think of the Hydor koralia brand is it any good?

I have not used them. But a lot of members here are using koralias. I'm sure somebody will share their exp with them.
