Sea urchin broken spine 8-(

I was moving my heater and accidentally hit my urchin... One of his spines snapped, not completely off, but here's a pic. Tough to tell.




Will this eventually fall off on its own?? I hope he's gonna be ok!

It will be fine, Ben. They break off in the wild all the time, for one reason or another.
Yes, it should fall off on its own, when it's ready.

That's what I thought, the spine is just hangin on by a thread. I just noticed a second one too... Just hope it doesn't mess with its mobility (not that they're fast or anything haha)
