just wondering, does anyone have an opinion on putting a hippo and a powder blue together in a 6 ft. 130 gal aquarium?

If you can put them in at the same time I think you would be fine.

The 2 species can live in the same tank but the Hippo is docile and the PBT can be bossy, I would add the hippo let it get established than the PBT.
