what kind of light i should use
and what setup (how many of each kind)

That all depends on what it is you plan on keeping in the tank.

If that is all that you plan on keeping, you can get away with some very inexpensive lighting like NO florescents. The majority believe that for corals you will need at least 4watts of light per 1 gallon of tank capacity. But for a FOWLR tank you can get away with much less.

Would a 2x96w PC be advisable? That would be my first thought.
