60 gal cichlid tank

Every time I do a water change it seems like at least a few of my cichlids die. I use tap water stress coat and stress zyme. Any other suggestions?

Hi there, are you matching the temps between tank and change water? Not sure if you need to add buffers. Have you checked ph, kh and gh of tap vs tank water would be others to look at. Also how much are you changing at a time and I assume filters are left unchanged?
