Balloon Molly having Babies Help!

I bought a pair of Balloon Mollies today and on the way home the female started giving birth!!! When I got her home, after letting the bag sit for the adjustment we put her and the fry in a breeding net. Some of the little ones are quite large. How long does it take for the Momma to give birth to all of them? Will she eat the fry if we keep her in there? We have a bush for them to hide in!
