Hi, my name is Amelia. I'm 30 years old, and a Michigan native- moved to Austin 7 years ago.
My family usually had an aquarium of some sort around while I was growing up, from small 5 gallons to a larger 45 gallon- all freshwater. My all-time favorite fish was a zig-zag eel (and notorious escape artist) named Eli. I've always been partial to Plecos as well.
Two years ago my partner and I decided we wanted an aquarium, so we started a 13 gallon freshwater community tank. As of last night, we're starting to transition that into a 30 gallon tank. We currently have 1 Pleco, 2 Cory Cats, and 4 Red Phantom Tetras. Would love to add a Beta after we get the 30g established.
