Hey all. Started my first marine aquarium 6 weeks ago, started adding a few bits over the last week. Here's the list so far...
25ish kilos live rock
Crushed coral substrate
Purple mushrooms
Green star polyps (sold to me as xenia)
Pink leather finger (added today)
2 fire fish.
Any advice on stocking would be great. My lighting is the t8 that came with the tank, I will change that as soon as I can afford it!
I started the tank with uncured live rock, it was very white and appeared totally dead. Some of it is getting some colour but a lot of it remains the same. Is this the norm? Just wondering as most tanks I've seen (mainly YouTube) of the same age seem to have a lot more colour....
