Hi,

On a impulse i went out and brought a 105 L Jebo R 362 tank.
I new to this hobby and would really appreciate some advice.

I currently have a heater set at 27 degrees celcius, the tank has a built in filter.

I brought one large ornament that is a cliff side with artificial palm trees on it, the ornament also is hollow so the fish can 'explore' it.

I brought 10 neon tetras, 2 angels, 1 kissing fish and 4 platties.
I treated the tank with stress coat and stress zyme.
I waited about 48 hrs before i added the fish to the tank.
I'm thinking of getting a 20l tank incase any of the fish contract a disease?
Should i get live plants for my tank?

First thing I'd suggest is to read the link below to help you get your tank cycled. I'd also suggest you look into getting a liquid test kit like the API FW Master test kit.
