Hi

I'm very inexperienced at this but I really want to learn. I have bought a 240 litre tank off a friend with a few fish. I'm finding the water is cloudy and getting worse. I'm assuming it's the filter but that is new. It may not be good enough for a tank that size. Can anybody suggest a quality filter for this. It's a fresh water tank. The fish are
CLOWN LOACH
REDTAIL BLACK SHARK
ALBINO PLEC
BALA SHARK
3 GOURAMI FISH
2 PLECS 1 very large

I have looked through for advice but there is a lot of information and opinions
