probably ok, but when you see a bulb described as "Real Actinic Blue"...I wouldn't trust it. If it says Actinic03...then you know it's a real actinic...or you can sue them for false marketing if it's not a true actinic03.

Why take the chance. Stick with the ones you know and can trust. These look like cheaper imitations. QC may be suspect. HTH 8)

I cannot speak for Hamilton with regard to bulbs. I know that they seem to be very good with regard to hoods and canopies. They may well be very good. Just don't have any experience or read anything on their bulbs. I would suggest you do a search on this board for bulbs, see who has had what experience with the various brands and make your decision based on that. Hey, if you do decide to use them and have a good experience with them, then you should post those on this board so others may benefit from that. HTH 8)
