Choosing a heater from a few brands only

Well, you know the story about my heater failing and making fish soup and all that. Now, I have to choose a new (glass) heater, but unfortunately there are not many brands available in my city (unbelievable, but true).

I have these brands to choose from:

Aqua-Kril. It's the brand of the one I had. It looked quite good, but was not very precise and fatally failed (Aqua-Kill could be a better brand).

Sunny. They come in blue boxes. They look like they're Chinese. (?)

Biopro

Elite (Mini model)

They all are 50W, for my 10 gal. tank.

So, do you know these brands? Which one would you recommend if so?

Yes, but I'd prefer to buy it locally since, most probably, the shipping costs and importation taxes would make the product much more expensive.
