GPH for African cichilds

I have a slightly over stocked 55 gallon tank. Hoe much gph should I have. Im thinking 500+ because my water it cloudy and cichilds do fine in current. But that size is tough on the wallet and might not fit under my tank.

Yeah I saw the huge part of it! Massive filter. Not worth 100 to me though. Ac110 for 100. Yesssss

Ya i love it. Quiet too. About 20" tall 10" wide and 8" deep or something like that. 3 baskets for a bunch of media. Im wishing i would have bough the xp4 XD
