marineland tidepool

anyone have any experience with the marineland tidepool 1 or 2 ?

I have a tidepool II Sump and SOS prefilter; the sump works great, although the prefilter needs a lot of maintenance as it tends to clog a bit which interferes with the flow control--which, in turn, causes the aquarium to overflow...
