Metal Halide For Anenomes

What type wattage would I need for a 55 gallon tank? Its 48"L x 13"W x 22"D Its mostly going to be FOWLR but I think I'm going to have 1 or 2 anemones in it as well, any help would be great!

A 6 - 8 bulb T5 fiscure with individual parabolic or curved reflectors over each bulb would allow you keep most anything. If you are asking for the minimum amount of light it depends on the anemone you wnat to keep.

I was just going to go with a bubble tip. I'm just not sure how many watts of MH I'll need or how many NH for that matter.
