More power than an xP3

I need a canister filter with mor filter power than the xP3. I've got an xP2 on my 55 gallon. I'm about to move the xP3 off my 150 gal and put it on a 100 gallon. I want something a either a bit more powerful or a lot more powerful for the 150 with my oscars in it.

What are your suggestions? Anything out there rated for around 200-300 gallons?
